Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive practice that began in the late 1960s and in recent years it has been adapted to treat ADD/ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Neurofeedback allows the client to maintain his or her brainwaves within certain limits that promote focus and concentration which often results in increased processing speed and regulation of their mental experiences.
