Learning and Psychological Problems

The Family Center offers comprehensive testing for learning disorders and other cognitive problems. Our assessments include measures that assess for the presence of reading disorders (dyslexia), disorders of written language, attention disorders, and executive functioning weakness. We also offer neuropsychological testing, memory testing, and screenings for language-based disorders. Our psycho-educational and ADHD evaluations often include a classroom observation and follow-up school advocacy to assist parents in obtaining necessary educational accommodations. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our clients adequately understand the results of testing and recommendations for treatment.
